Judy was born in Santa Monica, California and has lived on the West Coast from Vancouver, B.C. to San Diego, and now resides in the Hollywood Hills. She’s long been enchanted with the photographic image, originally using it as the source for her drawings and paintings. She now works with her photographs toward painterly effects and intense colors. Her expressive portraiture captures the small moment that tells the bigger story.
